SeeChange Spotlight Event

Join us for a debate on decolonizing health in Canada, with a spotlight on Inuit experiences and solutions, on September 29, 2023, in Montreal. Speakers include McGill professor and pediatrician Dr. Samir Shaheen-Hussain, author of 'Fighting for a Hand to Hold - Confronting Medical Colonialism against Indigenous Children in Canada', acclaimed Inuk singer and mental health advocate Beatrice Deer who will also be performing at the event; Naomi Tatty, Inuk nurse and SeeChange staff and SeeChange CEO and McGill professor of practice Rachel Kiddel-Monroe.
