How We Work

SeeChange’s work is grounded in community-led, participatory, trauma-informed, gender-transformative, culturally safe, and ethically and environmentally responsible approaches. We value Indigenous Knowledge and Western science as complementary and equal, and we prioritize reciprocal, mutually beneficial partnerships that support Indigenous self-determination and long-term community agency.
